The NextGen team offers commercial upholstery as part of your complete project scope, covering booths, banquettes, feature chairs, and custom seating solutions. Spec it with us from the start and it lands with everything else, no separate supplier, no separate quote.

We run our own in-house manufacturing facility, so custom fixtures, display units, and retail pieces are built by us, to your spec, with the lead times your project needs. And once you are open, our maintenance team keeps you that way.

Lighting changes everything. Our qualified electricians handle full electrical installation including feature and ambient lighting, track lighting, LED strips, distribution boards, and compliance sign-off. We coordinate directly with our build teams so electrical work is sequenced properly and never a bottleneck. Your space opens ready for trade, not waiting on a sparky.

From bathroom fitouts to back-of-house kitchen plumbing, our plumbing team works within the full project programme. No subcontractors to chase, no coordination delays. All work is completed to compliance standards and inspected before handover. It gets done when it needs to get done.
